Your company culture permeates through everything your company does and it is what people see and know about your business. If you culture is sending the wrong message you are going to lose.
To be an Elite Contractor you need to create the culture for your business that fits with the values and goals that you have for your business. This is important to our project teams as well. Every job takes on it’s own identity and culture based on how the team leads it.
Once you have started to create your culture you need to build it, Be sure to share your vision with your entire team and get them to participate. Let your team help guide the future of your company culture, you just keep it headed in the right direction.
Now that you are embracing your culture remember to live it every day with everything you do. From HR to the janitorial aspects of your office, you need to be sure that what you do and show fits with your culture and it not contradictory.
