- Plan and monitor on a whiteboard with Post-it notes
- Set up 4 sections: Upcoming Tasks / In-Progress Tasks / Potential to Impede (impeding) / Complete
- Develop a list of detailed tasks and write on Post-it notes
- Ex. a concrete foundation might look like:
