      1. Update safety plans
      2. Create procedure manuals
      3. etc.
    2. We can’t do them all at once
    3. Too much chaos
  2. Focus on one thing at a time
    1. Make a list
    2. Pick the one that would have the biggest impact
    3. Work on that one every single day until complete or a habit
  3. Rinse and repeat
    1. After you complete one move to the next
    2. Repeat this process for all your special projects
