      3. Steps to get things needed
      4. Daily activity to complete steps
  2. Create the execution plan
    1. Just like a project – now create the plan to build it
    2. Create the schedule, budget, responsibilities, etc.
    3. Start managing the plan
  3. Stay on top of things
    1. Use vision for the why and the plan to stay on track
    2. Watch what you do, track your progress and score your results
    3. Keep in mind this is life – don’t get to stiff in sticking with your plans
