    1. Establish an exercise routine – we can all fit in 30 minutes somewhere
    2. Pick something you enjoy
    3. Create a trigger step – like putting on your work-out clothing as soon as you get home from work

    1. Take an afternoon walk – 10 to 20 minutes – listen to a podcast
