Sometimes we have to stop with all the driving and just let it be.

  1. We push hard every day
    1. Always trying to make things happen
    2. Checking emails, answering calls, trying to control everything
    3. It’s part of what we do but
  2. Pushing too hard can make it harder
    1. Constantly thinking about the next move or right decision clutters our mind
    2. Concerns about getting the most out of the day make us forget other things
    3. We end up with blinders on and often miss things
  3. Take some time to relax
    1. Holidays are a great time to just relax
    2. Use my Breathe, Relax and Let It Be technique
      1. Site down and breathe in deeply
      2. Count each breath 1 in, 2 out, 3 in, 4 out – up  to 10 and repeat
      3. Concentrate on your breathing and focus you mind on it
      4. Let your mind go blank – think only about breathing
      5. Let things be – they are what they are
    3. Do this a few times during the day to recharge
