- Concerns about getting the most out of the day make us forget other things
- We end up with blinders on and often miss things
- Take some time to relax
- Holidays are a great time to just relax

- Site down and breathe in deeply
- Count each breath 1 in, 2 out, 3 in, 4 out – up to 10 and repeat
- Concentrate on your breathing and focus you mind on it
- Let your mind go blank – think only about breathing
- Let things be – they are what they are
- Do this a few times during the day to recharge
