- Consider using an app (there’s an app for that)
- I am working on some apps that will help with this – they will make it easy for anyone on the project to record information
- Get the data you need
- Look at each key area and create a list of the information you need
- Use forms and checklists to make sure people know what to report
- Set reminders and inspect it
- Don’t miss the small stuff
- Keep notes on the small things – you never know when you need them for a Cover Your A## moment
