- The high-level schedule we start with may only be 5 line items Site/Foundation/Shell/Interior/Closeout
- Now start breaking each heading section down
- Get feedback from subcontractors / project crews / suppliers
- Make it useful
- Add to contracts and POs
- Be sure the schedule is clear and understandable
- Perform regular and proper updates
