“Is your fitness built on a solid foundation.”
Fitness is important for our energy, stamina, clarity and health.
We need to a have solid basics in our fitness.
If you wanted to learn to fly a plane would you?
a.) go out and rent a jet and practice landing at night in a storm
or
b.) start with learning the basic practices for flying a plane
Of course you would want to learn the basics of flying before tackling a night landing.
So why wouldn’t you do the same in your fitness.
Many people jump on diet plans and exercise plans with out taking care of the fundamentals.
You need to get the basics first then layer on the harder exercise plans and diet plans.
- Eating the right quantity – are you eating the right amount of calories – too much health food is still bad for you
- Eating the right quality – are you getting the proper nutrition
- Getting active – are you active 3 to 4 days per week for 30 minutes or more – you need to get your heart pumping
Just like a building we need a strong foundation to build on.
